Men's Ministry
Welcome to Men’s Ministry.
We exist to inspire men to follow Jesus and fearlessly change the world. We don’t have all the answers, and none of us are perfect, but we are about encouraging and equipping men to follow Jesus Christ in every aspect of their lives; challenging each to be a man of God in his home, workplace, church and world. The Men’s Ministry connects men with God through special events, groups, bible studies, recreation and retreats.
MEN’S GROUPS
For the last couple of years, men have donated their time on an ongoing basis to repairing and renovating bicycles donated to A New Leaf’s East Valley Men’s Shelter. Old or damaged bikes are refurbished so that residents at the shelter can use them as transportation to and from their jobs as they work through the shelter’s program. Other bikes are donated to families in the New Leaf county-wide system shelters, providing bicycles to children and women who are working through programs similar to the men at EVMS. This volunteer effort has continued to grow and new opportunities are on the horizon. We are currently working to establish a Roundtable/Bible Study for the shelter’s residents to help them develop healthy life skills and attitudes based on the wisdom of the scriptures as well as sharing Christ’s love and gospel message. We also hope to expand the repair ministry to provide bikes through the shelter to local law enforcement as an outreach to the community.

What does it mean to be a good father? Join our community of dads and grandfathers where we strive to grow in our ability to father well as we look to God’s Word and our own experiences both good and bad. We’ll humbly listen to one another and encourage, equip and journey together as we invest in the generations to come. It doesn’t matter how old your kids are, all dads, soon to be dads and grandfathers are welcome.

Renew is a healing and freedom-seeking support group for men who struggle or have struggled with misguided sexual desires. A place to process, grow and share resources and truth along the journey. This confidential group is rooted in Scripture and what the Bible has to say about our sexual desires and the reality that God wants more for us. You don’t have to walk alone in sin or shame—you can find freedom through Christ.
Renew meets the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM in G10.
